1. General

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Elfvia Oy (Elfvia Nordic Travel). By booking with us, you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings & Payments

All bookings must be made via our website or directly with Elfvia.
Bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received unless otherwise agreed.
Prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

30+ days before trip: Full refund.
15–29 days before trip: 50% refund.
14 days or less before trip: No refund.
If Elfvia cancels due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, safety concerns, or partner issues), you will receive a full refund or an alternative solution.
If you cancel due to justified reasons (such as illness, family emergency, or other serious matters), we will review your case. Refunds in these situations may be processed after receiving supporting documents (e.g., medical certificate, insurance claim).

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for holding valid travel documents (passport, visas, permits).
Elfvia provides necessary support documents (such as booking confirmations, accommodation details, or invitation letters when applicable), but final responsibility for visas and entry permits rests with the customer.
Customers must arrive at agreed meeting points on time.
Customers are responsible for their own insurance (health, travel, baggage).

5. Liability

Elfvia is not liable for delays, accidents, or events beyond our control (e.g., strikes, weather, force majeure).
Elfvia is not responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings.
Our liability is limited to the value of the booked service.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy. Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes will be handled in Finnish courts.
